A city of over a billion people and unable to expand outward any further, Numerous of the Skyscrapers exceeding over a mile high, with districts on plates and bridges attached and held up between them. This is an area at the top of the city, this part of the top level is inspired by 80s and 90s scifi anime. The mood was inspired by spending a lot of time atop of observatories, helipads, ect in major cities just as the sun is under the horizon and the lights start to turn on, also the walkway is loosely inspired by the feeling of this area in Tokyo called Decks, that’s sort of like an amusement park/mall facing the water.ater.
